Who we are
Combining interactive layers of geographical data into a unique single-info hub
Who we are
Spatial Hub Analytics Pty Ltd is a geographic information system (GIS) technology company.
The group was founded in 2016 in Adelaide and formed out of the commercialisation of a 10-year government researched satellite and ground information program – designed to analyse and support land and infrastructure management of rangeland property owners in Australia.
Today, SHA systems and services are being designed for much wider applications in broad agricultural markets, commercial and residential real estate, banking and finance, infrastructure and natural resources.
The company’s unique offering is its open-architecture 4D (longitude, latitude, elevation and time) spatial information hub – a powerful big data artificial intelligence system designed to be agnostic to spatial and non-spatial data sources. This has powerful applications in being able to build a myriad of analysis products from normally difficult to integrate information sources.
Elevation and time dimension analysis are also differentiators for the company. Combining precise terrain modeling with time-based analysis has valuable applications in managing longer term environmental and sustainable issues – such as floods, fire, carbon emissions and land overuse – or building, managing and auditing land infrastructure like fences, water and gas pipelines over difficult ground.
While providing unique geotech analysis tools, SHA allows licensed access to its proprietary spatial hub to third party product developers wanting to build their own analysis solutions. SHA is also collaborating with government and Industry groups under attractive partner developer-models – and financial institutions in a research and compliance capacity. Simply, SHA removes the complexity and cost of accessing layered geo-spatial data to assist with all land and property decisions.
